Are you passionate about staying in your own home? NEST is launching!

Hello! My name is Judy Kinney. I'm the new Executive Director of North East Seattle Together (NEST), the virtual "village" for seniors, and I am excited to help create an organization that you trust and want to be a part of.

We're launching our services and programs, and want you to join in!

Become a Founding Member. We are recruiting Founding Members to begin receiving community and support services beginning February 14th! As the first members to launch NEST, Founding Members lock in a lower membership rate while enjoying up to 10 weeks of services at no additional charge. Simply email me for more information about becoming a Founding Member, and I will contact you. More information is also available here.

Become a Volunteer. To volunteer in our office or with older adults in our neighborhood, please email us. We will send you further details.

Exercising at home

Feb. 22: Stephanie Clements, physical therapist and head of PacMed’s Physical Therapy department, will lead you through exercise ideas and examples you can do at home that are safe, convenient and cost efficient.

Lectures are free of charge and will be held in the conference room at PacMed’s Northgate clinic. Free parking is available.
