In collaboration with Park and Recreation's Lifelong Recreation and Aegis Living, NEST is thrilled to host the second annual Seattle Senior Resource Fair! Join us on Tuesday, September 30, in Hangar 30 at Magnuson Park.
This will be an opportunity for older adults and their families to be introduced to resources and services available in the Seattle community that cater to their specific needs and interests. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
Registration is $150; the fee is waived for nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. Registration includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Registration fee will be increased to $200 after September 19th.
Please note: Electrical outlets will not be available at this event. Additionally, nothing may be hung on the walls, and helium balloons are not permitted.
The following guidelines are applicable to all participants:
1. The Seattle Senior Resource Fair is being held at Hangar 30, Magnuson Park, 6310 NE 74th St, Seattle, WA 98115.
Vendor check-in and public entry will be located on the east side of Hangar 30 (please refer to the photo below). The south entrance will be closed.

2. Hangar 30 will open at 10:00 am for vendor set-up. The doors will open at 11:00 am for the public. Your table must be set up and ready to go by 10:45am.
3. The event will end at 2:00 pm.
No early departures – all vendors must stay for the entire event. No storage accommodation is available before or after the event. All materials and trash must be removed from the building at the conclusion of the event.
4. Vendors must agree to the liability waiver included in this registration form.
5. Table location assignments will be determined by an event representative, ensuring consideration that similar business types are spread throughout the space.
6. Giveaways, handouts, raffles, etc. are encouraged at your booth. No selling of products.
7. NEST reserves the right to deny admission to vendors that do not comply with previously stated guidelines or inappropriate vendors.
8. Display racks and/or small stands are allowed on or behind tables. Displays, racks and/or stands must not obstruct the walkway or infringe on neighboring vendor’s space. Displays, racks, and/or stands must be secure.
