About this event
Discover Alli, an interactive AI companion designed by UW student, Alex Yu, to help older adults stay independent, connected, and supported throughout the day. Alli is an AI companion that lives on a tablet and simply talks with you like a friend. It can provide medication reminders, help manage schedules, answer questions, encourage healthy habits, and assist with technology.
Family members can use a companion app for simple updates, providing peace of mind.
See a live demonstration and learn about becoming a beta tester. A limited number of attendees may even take an Alli tablet home to try.
Created by University of Washington computer engineering student Alex Yu, Alli Care was inspired by his own family's experience and is designed to help older adults stay independent while giving families added reassurance.
