Join this interactive session on healthy aging, featuring the latest recommendations from the 2025 International Conference on Frailty and Sarcopenia Research (ICFSR), a leading global forum on
health longevity, muscle health, frailty, and intrinsic capacity in older adults. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to support physical function, resilience, and wellbeing as we age. Participants will also have the opportunity to try a series of simple self-assessments during the session to better understand key aspects of healthy aging and functional health.
